To apply for CMA membership, we kindly ask you to fill in the application form and send it to info@cma.org by scanning it together with all the relevant documents requested in the attachment.

After your application is evaluated, you will receive information about the process both by e-mail and by phone.

The CMA Board of Directors is the sole authority for the evaluation of memberships.
